Greeting Fitness Friends!

My name is Kathy Johnsun and I am a passionate trainer that gets a kick out of motivating my clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Exercise isn’t all about pain and agony. I’ll work with you to make sure every workout is enjoyable and rewarding.

Background

I was born in The Philippines, but I have lived in beautiful Sydney for 30 years. I’m married and have two beautiful kids, Ryan (4 years old) and Hannah (2.5 years old). When I was pregnant with my first baby Ryan, I gained 15 kg and when I was pregnant with Hannah, I gained 10 kg. I have since lost the extra weight I gained during both pregnancies through eating well and maintaining an active lifestyle. I am back down to my pre-marriage weight! I hope that through my experience I can inspire you and others to reach your health and fitness goals.
