Get Active! Seniors Fitness!

Hi Everyone,

It’s so sad that summer has ended but you know it’s still a good time to stay fit and healthy.

Currently I’m running Seniors Fitness classes at Forestville & Bondi Junction. The classes will provide you a total body workout. We have low impact aerobics to improve cardiovascular fitness. We also work out with light-weight dumbbells and resistance bands to improve strength, balance and mobility.

My mum (she’s the one in the red and white striped t-shirt!) has been attending my fitness classes twice a week for a year now and her fitness and health has improved significantly. So much so that people often mistakenly believe that her younger sister is older than her – just because she seems to be more lively and energetic
