I’ve finally updated my website. Hope you like it. Feel free to look around.
I’ve decided that my training goal for 2009 is to run my very first Half-Marathon. I’ve chosen the Blackmores Half-Marathon on 20th September. I’ve started running 3X a week - just for 30mins at a time for the first 6 weeks. I’ve discovered I really enjoy the challenge of outdoor running. Training for endurance gets the adrenalin pumping through the body.
Lately, I’ve been busy with not only one-on-one Personal Training sessions at St Leonards, but also teaching 6 x Group Classes a week. I teach Basic Training and Boxing whenever Craig Clarke can’t teach it. On top of that, I teach Seniors Fitness for the over 50s at Bondi and Forestville.
My beautiful kids Ryan and Hannah are into their 3rd week of swimming lessons with Judy McIntyre. Let me tell you - they absolutely love it and look forward to the fun lessons every week.
